Amenity Space Conversion

As the Junior Designer at Contract Interiors, I contributed to the conceptual design for this transformation of an underutilized indoor pool space into a flexible, community-focused amenity. This adaptive reuse project repurposed an aging facility into a vibrant, multi-functional space that can serve as either a pickleball court or a lounge area, depending on the evolving needs and preferences of the residents.

I was responsible for producing all interior renderings for the project using SketchUp, which played a key role in communicating the vision to stakeholders and helping guide design decisions. In addition to visualization, I actively contributed to the overall design process, helping to ensure that the final concept balanced aesthetic appeal, functionality, and accessibility for older adults.
