Model Room Design - One Bedroom 

As part of my role at Contract Interiors LLC, I space planned and designed a one-bedroom model unit to showcase the functionality, comfort, and elevated aesthetic of the community. The layout was thoughtfully developed to maximize efficiency while maintaining clear circulation paths and ADA-conscious clearances.

I curated interior finishes, furnishings, lighting, and accessories to create a cohesive and inviting environment that reflects both durability and residential warmth. The design balances practicality with refined detailing, ensuring the space feels livable, welcoming, and aspirational for prospective residents and their families.
